Công trình thiết kế theo phong cách Bắc Âu. Điểm nổi bật chính là không gian mở, thoáng mát tận dụng tối đa ánh sáng tự nhiên và gió trời, chính vì thế sẽ giúp tiết kiệm điện cho gia chủ. Phần cảnh quan sân vườn, tiểu cảnh đẹp mắt, cây xanh và hoa đan xen đưa đến cuộc sống lãng mạn, dễ chịu.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

Kiến trúc sư cố gắng tạo ra nhiều không gian trồng cây, các mảng cửa sổ và ban công lớn nhằm hấp thụ ánh sáng nhưng không làm nóng bên trong nhà. Đặc biệt, khoảng đệm trồng nhiều cây nhỏ còn có tác dụng lọc bụi.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

Từ bên ngoài, ngôi nhà nổi bật với tông màu trắng – gỗ vàng, cùng những lỗ thoáng nghệ thuật, vừa hiện đại vừa tinh tế.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

Không gian tạo sự ấm cúng, giản dị và chú trọng đến sự thoáng đãng. Phòng khách và bếp thiết kế mở, đây là trái tim của ngôi nhà, diễn ra sinh hoạt chung nên được kiến trúc sư rất chú trọng. Bộ bàn ăn Louise với kết hợp phần tựa lưng đan mây truyền thống của Việt Nam.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

Các phòng ngủ được bố trí với hai tiêu chí: tối đa ánh sáng tự nhiên và có ban công. Vật liệu hoàn thiện nội thất và ngoại thất cũng được lựa chọn tỉ mỉ nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu thẩm mỹ và bền vững. Tính thẩm mỹ thể hiện ở chỗ kết hợp phòng cách Bắc Âu và kiến trúc thuộc địa với gạch bông, sàn gỗ tông vàng, sáng và các màu sắc trung tính khác.
